一位生命師傅淑潔姨姨問我, 這段旅程已經歷十四個年頭, 你原先想做什麼？上帝託付給你的是什麼呢？
這句話令我安靜聆聽自己內裡聲音整個星期, 並將心路歷程記錄下來.
我與蔡醫起初成立機構的目的及堅守的初心
栽培及組織本港有夢想的青年人成為具實力的專業團隊，建立能夠彼此互相扶持，互動學習的師友群體。
為到本港社區面對苦難的青年人走出成長困局。我們不重於服務數字及名譽，也不重視要做得有幾大，而是專心專注地從教育層面培育青年，以最貼地適切的方法，聯合各社區資源，在前線支援正面對危難中的基層青年，助他們走過最困難的成長階段。
對於在社會中處於基層弱勢青年人，關注他們的成長發展、生活情況及尊嚴。 竭力給予他們支援及平等創作的機會。
重視與基層青年同行的過程，更重視他們的生命更新和個人素質，我們透過群體建立幫助他們重建關係和信任，處理成長傷痛及學習困難。再次建立信心與人合作，並從創作當中活出不一樣的使命。
培育基層青年從興趣出發，掌握所需的技能、學識和專業，用創意啟動生命，以專業成就夢想。並具卓越的靈魂及專業水平面對社會上的挑戰。
為社區缺乏機會的基層青年提供就業機會及指引，助他們創出新路向上流動。
教育不在於公司/機構有多大, 也不能夠用金錢付出來計算教育是否有價值。只在於你是否願意用上什麼為他人捨命。能否付上自己的生命讓他人的生命感受到真誠與愛，能夠協助他們在成長的恐懼中再次得到愛提起勇氣面對困難與挑戰。相信仍有人能夠與他無條件的同行，重拾生命的意義及使命。這是蔡醫用上他的生命見證給我什麼才是捨命! 在他的人生這個階段, 讓我明白要怎樣裝備成為青年人的同行者. 不但要努力不斷學習, 更需要不論在素養,專業, 要保持靈魂的卓越 “Excellence with Soul.”

One of my life mentors, Aunt Sookit, asked me, this journey has been going on for fourteen years; what did you want to do? What has God entrusted to you? This sentence made me listen to myself quietly for a week and record my mental journey. The goal of the organization that Dr. Philemon Choi and I built at first and the original will we adhered to :
To cultivate and organize young people with dreams in Hong Kong to become solid professional teams and to establish a group of mentors and friends who can support each other and learn interactively.
To help young people facing hardship in Hong Kong communities get out of the growth dilemma. We don't focus on serving numbers and reputations, nor on how much we have to do, but on nurturing young people at the educational level. To unite community resources most appropriately. To stand on the frontline to support grassroots youth in crisis and to help them through the most challenging stages of growth.
To pay attention to the growth and development, living conditions, and dignity of disadvantaged grassroots youth in society. We strive to give them support and equal opportunities to create.
To value the process of walking with grassroots youth and to pay more attention to their life renewal and personal qualities. We help them rebuild relationships and trust through group building and deal with growing pains and learning difficulties. To build confidence to collaborate with people again and live a different mission from creating.
To nurture grassroots youth to start from interests and to acquire the skills, knowledge, and professions they need. To begin their life with creativity and to achieve their dreams by profession. To face the challenges in society with excellent soul and profession.
To provide job opportunities and guidance to grassroots youth who lack opportunities in the community and to help them create new paths of upward mobility.
Education does not depend on how big the company/institution is, nor can it be calculated whether education is valuable by paying money. It depends on whether you will use something to lay down your life for others. Can you give your own life to let others feel sincerity and love in their lives, and help them get love again amidst the fear of growing up and take the courage to face difficulties and challenges? I believe there are still people who can walk with him unconditionally and regain the meaning and mission of life. This is what Dr. Choi used his life testimony to tell me what is life-sacrificing! At this stage of his life, he let me understand how to equip young people to be companions. , to maintain "The excellence of the soul."
Excellence: professional and teaching excellence
Soul: Life is constantly renewed by God's Spirit and words, and production also has a "soul"!
The establishment of AstroHeart is the beginning of a new milestone, and your courage made me dare to open up new paths again.
