If you want to become a new generation CG, game, and 3D animation creator, now is the perfect time to learn Blender. This professional open-source 3D software features robust add-ons for modeling, shading, rigging, animation, and rendering, making it easier to produce industry-standard work.
Course Objectives
Developed over a year, this course applies years of professional Maya and animation software experience directly to Blender. It helps beginners master Blender quickly while teaching universal production techniques to combine multiple software tools efficiently.
In addition to face-to-face classes, students gain exclusive online access to our [Blender Fundamentals Database], which features detailed user guides and case studies for post-class review.
The "Blender Introductory Series" comprises (Part1 - Scenes) and (Part 2 - Characters) modules. The (Part 1) module covers core animation principles and practical techniques.

Course Objectives
Building on the "Blender Introductory Series" (Part 1 - Scene), the (Part 2 - Character) will take you deeper into Blender. You will learn to apply beginner techniques to animated character modeling, rigging, and animation to create unique 3D animations.
In addition to face-to-face classes, students gain exclusive online access to our [Blender Fundamentals Database], which features detailed user guides and case studies for post-class review.
Since the (Part 1 - Scene) and (Part 2 - Character) focus on completely different specialized areas of study! Therefore, it is perfectly fine if you want to enroll in the (Part 2 - Character) first. However, we highly recommend taking the (Part 1 - Scene) as well, as this will help you master the complete concept of animation production and make your creative process much smoother!

ANI101 - Introduction to 3D Animation using Maya
Do you want to learn professional 3D animation production skills and create your own short films in the virtual world? This introductory course will teach you all the basic knowledge and skills required to produce 3D animated films. By using Maya, the industry's most widely adopted production tool, we will help you achieve your goals faster.
Course Objectives
Through over 20 hours of professional training, you will begin learning everything needed to produce 3D animation! Together, we will explore 3D Modeling, Retopology, Camera & Motion, Fur, Rigging, Shading & Texture, Lighting, and learn to render images using Arnold, the industry-standard renderer. Through various practical projects, you will gain a deeper understanding of these tools and principles, and learn how to apply them.
Additionally, instructional videos are provided for each class, allowing students to review and practice after school.
